The client was developing an app for its digital bank (OmniMoney) to help clients manage their money and control their finances in a safer manner.

Client's Challenge:

• Main challenge was to create an intuitive, engaging and customer-centric design for the app and website.

• It had low customer retention rate after launching MVP

What has been done:

• Conducted competitive research identifying the main competitors and evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of their products and services.

• Developed user flows, making sure to present the right information at the right time while minimizing friction along the way.

• Created a clean and modern interface that pulls users in and connects them with the necessary banking functions that they need to go about their day and get their business done.
