• Curbio received an investment of over 3 million dollars and there was an urgent need to make functional apps & web apps for contractors, real estate agents, and for internal managers of their team.
• Given the short timeframe for design and development, it was hard to visualize the whole picture and understand what functionality is vital for MVP.
• Transformed business requirements into a detailed system architecture which was feasible, robust and brought value to the organization, preparing it for the next stages of software development by having ready design system conducted by me.
• Encouraged team managers, real estate agent, and contractors to test the app & web platform in their daily workflow. Based on feedback, users flows have been changed to make it even more easier and clear.
• Conducted profound research, overviewing the relevant employee needs. Especially, A/B testings, fields research, and quantitive research.
